3D Modeling

3D Modeling is another one of the drone services we offer. The drone will fly around and over the building being modeled, taking many pictures. The drone is equipped with a high-quality camera and GPS system which embeds accurate location data into the images.

The images are then processed through a photogrammetry engine and turned into an accurate 3D model. The model can be used to take measurements, see construction progress, inspect bridges and other types of infrastructure, and even plan out solar PV arrays. The models created are extremely accurate and the measurements of the model are comparable to using a tape measure onsite.
