Aerial thermography, or aerial infrared imaging, is a valuable tool in discovering issues. Whether that is at a solar PV array, commercial building roof top, or powerplant cooling tower, infrared imaging can help pinpoint existing issues and even identify future failures before they become issues.

Aerial infrared inspections are a safe alternative to the old ways of troubleshooting problems by keeping workers out of hazardous areas during the assessment phase. Once the problem is identified and located, the repair can be made and then re-inspected with the drone to minimize worker exposure.
